30-Day Money-Back Return & Refund Policy

At Poedagar, we stand behind the quality of our timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back return policy subject to the conditions below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the watch has a manufacturing or mechanical defect.

This policy covers manufacturing faults only, including:

  • Internal movement or mechanical malfunction

  • Manufacturing defects present upon delivery

  • Faults not caused by wear, impact, or misuse


2. Exclusions (Not Covered)

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for damage caused by:

  • Physical force, impact, or dropping the watch

  • Water damage caused by misuse

  • Scratches, dents, cracked glass, or cosmetic damage

  • Incorrect handling or unauthorised repairs

  • Normal wear and tear

If inspection shows the damage was caused by force or misuse, the return request will be declined.


3. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund:

  • The watch must be returned in its original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and components must be included

  • The item must not show signs of misuse or force damage


4. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping

  • The watch must be sent via a reliable courier service

  • Returns must be delivered to the courier locker in Somerset West

  • Poedagar is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit

We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service.


5. Inspection & Approval

All returned watches are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Once the inspection confirms a valid manufacturing defect, the refund process will begin.


6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed online

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is 7–14 business days after approval

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable


7. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


8. Policy Enforcement

Poedagar reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
